show payment options

One of FCHC’s top priorities is keeping our shows affordable for everyone.  To help with that, credit card processing fees are passed on to exhibitors.  The good news is that we offer several on-site payment options that do not include a processing fee.

When you check in, we strongly encourage leaving an open tab until the end of the show.  This makes adding or scratching classes simple and keeps you from having to adjust payments throughout the weekend.

To keep an open tab, please leave either:

• An open check made payable to FCHC, or
• A credit card authorization on file at the show office.

If you plan to pay by cash, we still require a pending payment method to hold the open tab.  That payment method will be returned to you once your cash payment is received and your tab is closed.

*These methods are securely proessed via Stripe.

End-of-Show Settlement Policy:  Exhibitors/responsible parties are responsible for returning to the show office at the end of the show to close out and pay any open tabs.  If an exhibitor leaves without settling their account and FCHC must take additional steps to locate the exhibitor and resolve payment, a $25 administrative fee may be assessed.

Returned Check Policy:   Checks returned for insufficient funds will not be re-deposited. Payment must be made using an alternate method, including any applicable processing fees, and a $25 returned check fee may be assessed. Future payments from that individual will be accepted by cash or credit card only.
